Byte Force is a community-based team for high school-aged students who want to learn through challenging, hands-on work and actively contribute to the team.

We consider a student’s engagement, interests, willingness to learn, and ability to commit time to the work. Robotics requires consistent attendance at build sessions and active participation, especially during competition season.
Time Commitment
When the team meets.
Competition Season
The team generally meets two to three weeknights plus Saturday and Sunday. Additional time may be needed as competitions approach.
Off-Season
The team generally meets Saturday and Sunday, with some weekdays as needed for training, projects, off-season competitions, outreach, and events.
Ways to Participate
Students and adults both have a role.
The interest form has separate required sections for prospective students and prospective parents, guardians, mentors, or volunteers.
